TOTO's wall-hung range in Canada is the AP bowl — elongated, offered in a WASHLET+ version with the concealed bidet connection, a less-seat version, and a package that includes the in-wall tank system.

A wall-hung toilet has no floor pedestal. The bowl cantilevers off a steel carrier hidden inside the wall, and the tank sits behind the finished surface with only a flush plate showing. You get the whole floor to mop under, and a small bathroom that reads noticeably larger.

It is a construction decision, not a fixture swap. The carrier has to be set while the wall is open, and it is framing-specific — 2x4 and 2x6 carriers are different parts. The bowl, the carrier and the actuator plate are three separate purchases. If you are already past drywall, this is not the toilet for this renovation.
