About this collection

Shower Faucet Parts & Trim Kits

This is the collection you need when the shower already exists. Whether you are replacing a cracked slide bar, upgrading a tired shower head, matching a handheld to an existing valve or finishing a rough-in your plumber installed months ago, the part is here. Eunoia carries over 1,600 shower parts and trim components from Brizo, Riobel, Baril, Grohe, Delta, Rohl, Perrin & Rowe and Kohler, from small repair parts to complete steam generators.

What's in here
  • Shower heads — fixed and rainfall, in every finish the brands offer.
  • Handheld showers and handshower sets — wands, hoses, outlets, holders and complete sets.
  • Shower arms — ceiling and wall-mounted, in the lengths that determine where the water actually lands.
  • Slide bars — for adjusting handheld height, and the single most useful accessibility upgrade in a bathroom.
  • Trim kits — thermostatic, pressure-balance and combined, to finish a valve already in the wall.
  • Tub spouts, shower drains and repair parts — cartridges, seats, springs and the small components that keep a shower working.
  • Steam generators, controls and accessories — see also Steam Showers.
The one rule that matters

Trim and valve must come from the same manufacturer, and usually the same series. A trim kit is the visible half of a shower valve — the handle, the escutcheon plate, sometimes the spout — and it is engineered to a specific valve body sitting inside your wall. A Riobel trim will not fit a Delta valve, and often will not fit a different Riobel valve generation.

If you do not know what valve you have, do not guess. Take a photo of the existing trim and the back of the escutcheon plate if you can reach it, and send it to us. Getting this wrong means opening a tiled wall.

Upgrading versus replacing

Shower heads, handhelds, hoses, arms and slide bars are all swap-in upgrades — standard threads, no wall work, usually a ten-minute job with a wrench and plumber's tape. That is the cheapest meaningful improvement available to an existing bathroom.

Trims, valves and diverters are a different matter. If the valve itself is failing rather than just looking dated, see Shower Rough-In Valves & Parts, and expect the wall to be opened.

Frequently asked questions

Will any trim kit fit my shower valve?
No. Trim kits are matched to specific valve bodies from the same manufacturer, and often to a specific generation of that valve. Send us a photo of your existing trim and we will identify what fits.

Can I replace a shower head myself?
Yes. Shower heads, handhelds, hoses and arms use standard threads and swap out with a wrench and plumber's tape. No wall work is involved.

What is a slide bar for?
It lets a handheld shower be raised and lowered on a rail, so people of different heights can use it comfortably and it can be aimed for washing hair, children or a dog. It is also one of the simplest accessibility improvements you can make.

How do I know which shower arm length I need?
The arm determines how far the head sits from the wall and therefore where the water falls. Longer arms move the spray toward the centre of the enclosure, which matters most with a large rainfall head. Measure your enclosure before choosing.
