Lihua, we strongly disagree with your review. It omits important details and unfairly represents how we handled your order.
The lead time communicated for this shower was seven business days for us to receive it from Delta. One week after placing your order, you told us your renovation had been held up for weeks. It is not reasonable to attribute that entire delay to an order placed only a week earlier.
We responded to your tracking enquiries, followed up with Delta, and arranged delivery as soon as the product arrived. We notified you that morning and proceeded with delivery despite not receiving a response.
When you reported a missing part on Friday and requested a return, we explained that we first needed to contact Delta about a warranty replacement. We also made clear that we would accept a return if obtaining the replacement would take too long. We asked you to provide the details by email so we could forward the issue to Delta, and we submitted the request.
You then followed up on Sunday during a long weekend and posted this review before giving us an opportunity to respond on a business day. Presenting this as a failure to help, while leaving out the steps already taken and the solution offered, is misleading.
Resolving a missing-part claim requires cooperation from everyone involved. Because we were unable to obtain the cooperation needed to continue that process, we refunded your order. We will not be collecting the product or requiring you to return it.
