At Eunoia Home, we aim to make your delivery experience as smooth as possible. Here’s what you need to know:

Free Shipping in Ontario

We offer free shipping on most orders within Ontario. No minimum spend required—just add your items to the cart and enter your Ontario address at checkout.

Please note: Some items may not be eligible for free shipping due to special pricing.

Free Shipping Eligibility - Canada-Wide

Select products may be eligible for free shipping across Canada or based on order volume. Eligibility is determined by product type, order composition, and destination, and will be reflected automatically at checkout when applicable.

Please note:

  • Not all products qualify for free shipping outside Ontario
  • Heavy, oversized, or freight-shipped items may be excluded

Canada-Wide Standard Shipping

For orders outside Ontario & not eligible for free shipping, shipping rates depend on the size, weight, and destination of your items.

To check your shipping cost:

  • Add the products to your cart
  • Enter your shipping address
  • Your shipping fee will be calculated automatically at checkout

Processing & Delivery

Orders are prepared as soon as they’re confirmed. If an item is on backorder, we’ll notify you with an estimated delivery time.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Delivery Communication

Our staff will maintain thorough communication throughout the delivery process, including phone calls at each stage to ensure your peace of mind.

Please make sure to provide an accurate phone number at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

You can track your order day or night using the tracking link provided. If you don’t receive tracking details, contact us at info@e-unoia.com.

Damaged or Missing Items

If anything arrives damaged or missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and include photos if possible so we can resolve it promptly.

Be sure to inspect your items upon arrival and document any issues with photos.

Shipping Terms & Conditions

  • Do you have everything in stock?


We aim to keep stock of high‑demand items; however, due to the large number of products and brands we carry, we are unable to stock everything. We do our best to provide the most up‑to‑date lead times from manufacturers upon inquiry.

  • When will I get my order?


If your order is in stock, our team will arrange shipping as soon as payment is received. If the item has a lead time (which we always communicate after your order is placed), we must wait for it to arrive from the manufacturer. Please note that all lead times are estimates, and delays caused by manufacturers or couriers are outside of our control. We will always communicate any updates or issues.

  • Can I cancel an order that is in stock but has not arrived yet?


If your order has already shipped and is in transit, please contact us as soon as possible and we will coordinate with the courier to return it. If the order has been delivered to you, we kindly ask that you do not open the box or use the item and that you follow our return procedure as outlined above.

  • Can I cancel an order with a lead time due to a late arrival?


Yes, as long as the manufacturer has not shipped the item yet, we can request a cancellation. If the item is already on its way to us, we kindly ask for your cooperation to allow additional time. If this is not possible, we will attempt to cancel the order and issue a refund. Please note that special‑order items may not be eligible for cancellation, and you will be notified if this applies.

  • I live outside of Ontario — how will my toilet be shipped?


Heavy and bulky items are shipped on a pallet using LTL freight carriers. This helps ensure safe handling and delivery. Appointment delivery is required, so we kindly ask that you monitor tracking updates and phone calls from the courier.

  • Do you ship across Canada?


Yes, we ship across Canada. Depending on the size and type of your order, we choose the safest shipping method available. For professional or multi‑item orders, our team will coordinate with you to confirm preferred delivery timelines.
