Free Shipping in Ontario
We offer free shipping on all orders within Ontario. No minimum spend required—just add your items to the cart and enter your Ontario address at checkout. Note: Some items may not be eligible for free shipping due to special pricing.
Shipping Outside Ontario
For orders outside Ontario, shipping rates depend on the size, weight, and destination of your items.
To check your shipping cost:

- Enter your shipping address
- Your shipping fee will be calculated automatically at checkout

Processing & Delivery
Orders are prepared as soon as they’re confirmed. If an item is on backorder, we’ll notify you with an estimated delivery time.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Our staff will maintain thorough communication throughout the delivery process, including phone calls at each stage to ensure your peace of mind.

Tracking Your Order

Damaged or Missing Items
If anything arrives damaged or missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and include photos if possible so we can resolve it promptly.
Be sure to inspect your items upon arrival and document any issues with photos.
