I’m genuinely impressed with this bidet!
First off, my experience with Eunoia was outstanding! Super friendly and helpful responses to my questions over the phone, lightning-fast shipping, and it feels great to support a Canadian business.
As for the bidet itself, I initially ordered the Costco model, but after realizing that for only a little more I could get this far superior version, I made the switch. The heat exchanger (as opposed to a water tank) is a total game changer.
Installation was shockingly simple, the hardest part was removing my old toilet seat! No plumber needed! I had it up and running in under 10 minutes.
Once installed, you can really appreciate this marvel of Japanese engineering. Our toilet instantly looks sleeker, and the features are incredible. The deodorizer works wonderfully, the pre-mist keeps the toilet noticeably cleaner, and the nightlight makes nighttime visits much nicer. The bidet functions themselves are excellent, and there are bonus features that are surprisingly clever, like the auto energy saver that tracks your usage patterns over 10 days and adjusts to conserve energy when the toilet is less used. For a toilet seat, that’s wild!
Overall, my wife and I are thrilled, and we can’t imagine going back. We’ll actually miss our toilet seat when we’re away from home. 😂
