Collection: Riobel Paradox

Almost every Paradox shower piece comes in two versions, and the code tells you which:

• TM — round escutcheon plate
• TQ — square escutcheon plate

So TPXTM51 and TPXTQ51 are the same valve trim with a round or a square plate behind it. The tub spouts follow the same logic (PXTM80 and PXTQ80). Pick one and stay with it — a round plate on the shower and a square one on the tub filler in the same room is the kind of thing that looks like an ordering mistake.

• Lavatory faucets — single-handle (PXS01), tall vessel (PXL01), widespread (PX08), and a wall-mount 360° trim (TPX360L).
• Shower kits — complete with rough-in (2745, 3545, 4744) and trim-only (323, 1244, 1345), each in TM and TQ.
• Shower trims — the full 1/2" range in both plate shapes, plus a Type P shower with the valve included (PXTM54 / PXTQ54).
• Tub fillers — thermostatic floor-mount (TPX39), wall-mount (TPX21), 3-hole deck-mount in thermostatic (TPX10) and pressure-balance (TPX16), plus wall-mount tub spouts.
• Matching accessories — robe hook (PX0), toilet paper holder (PX3), 24" towel bar (PX5), double towel bar (PX6) and towel ring (PX7).

• TPXTM23 / TPXTQ23 and TPXTM44 / TPXTQ44 → R23 — up to three functions

What is the difference between TM and TQ on a Paradox code?
The shape of the plate behind the handle. TM is round, TQ is square. Same valve, same function — keep one shape throughout a room.

Which rough-in valve does a Paradox shower kit need?
Read the number in the trim code: 51 takes an R51, 23 and 44 take an R23, 45 and 47 take an R45. Kits sold “with rough-in valve” already include it.

Does Paradox have matching towel bars?
Yes — robe hook, toilet paper holder, single and double 24" towel bars, and a towel ring, all in the same design.

Is Paradox available in gold?
Yes, Brushed Gold (BG), alongside Chrome and Black.
